BASIC MEDIATION TRAINING
Participants who complete this course will be eligible for a certificate for 40-hour education program from WORKABILITY.
After attending this course, you will be able to conduct a mediation session; know common standards of conduct and ethical considerations for mediators; handle difficult conversations, facilitate problem solving and avoid escalation; and recognize your own interpersonal dynamics of being a mediator.
Why attend mediation training?Mediation is an effective process to resolve disagreements and disputes without costly legal intervention. The practice of these skills is highly valued in the workplace. Corporations and governments pay up to $500/hour for mediators to resolve workplace employee relation issues.
